What does Insurance Approved mean? 

This basically means that Abacus is insurance approved by the SSAIB. When the time comes to renew your contents insurance policy on your premises you will inevitably be asked if an alarm system is fitted. By stating yes to this question the owner is in fact declaring that the system is fully maintained by an approved alarm company.  A false declaration could mean an insurance claim for burglary will be rejected. With Abacus there is no need to worry!
